My name is Iena & I've been a solopreneur for 25 years. As my business expanded, I found myself in need of digital experts. Although I tried working with men, I never felt quite heard or understood. They tended to talk over me & attempted to change my request into something else.
I began working with women in all corners of the world. They were WAY more attentive. Their knowledge, expertise & attention to detail blew me away! I got to know them & their stories. I realized that the jobs I was giving them was helping them in a bigger way then I had imagined.
I fell in love with the idea of a global support system FOR women, BY women. Hence, My Digital Divas was born.
